This past week, the United Kingdom Environment Agency (the equivalent of the US EPA) funded and performed two major application of Phoslock to strip and sequester phosphorus pollution in the Mere Lakes Region. This follows the successful treatments to support the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. As more groups see this technology put to work, they understand it can play a key roll in managing lake water quality and correcting phosphorus pollution.
